About the Role

This opportunity allows you to take ownership of a broad, hands-on HR portfolio where you’ll partner directly with leaders, support real employee challenges, and play a key role in uplifting capability and engagement across the business. You’ll be part of a small, close-knit team where your impact is visible and valued.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead ER cases across attendance, performance, and early-stage issues, building your capability and confidence in managing real employee scenarios.
  • Partner daily with leaders, influencing decisions while building strong, trusted relationships across the business.
  • Coordinate onboarding and broader employee lifecycle processes, ensuring a consistent and engaging experience from day one.
  • Manage events and benefits, bringing the employee experience to life through company-wide celebrations, onsite provider engagement, and administering key employee benefits.

About You

You’re someone who thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced environment, enjoys being close to the business, and is motivated by solving real people challenges. You bring energy, initiative, and curiosity, someone who steps in, builds trust, and finds better ways of doing things.

You value working within a small team where collaboration matters, and you’re excited by being coached and mentored by an experienced people leader, but you equally bring the drive and ownership to run with things and make them your own.

What You’ll Need to Bring

  • ER experience that enables you to provide practical, confident support and guidance to leaders.
  • Exposure to HR systems, allowing you to manage processes effectively and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
  • Demonstrate strong initiative, enabling you to identify gaps, take ownership, and proactively drive improvements.
  • Generalist HR experience, giving you the confidence to operate across the full employee lifecycle.
