Do you have the magical ability to stay calm while three systems are on fire and your inbox has 47 “URGENT” flags? We’re looking for a support lead who’s part firefighter, part mentor, and entirely unflappable.
What you’ll need
- 5-7 years in application support or development, 2+ in leadership
- Scripting chops – PowerShell, Bash, or Perl
- Cloud experience (AWS, Azure or GCP)
- Strong SQL and database skills
- Programming skills in Java, .NET, or Python
- Degree or diploma in IT / Computer Science
- Comfortable with 24/7 shift model and on-call rotations
Bonus points if you’ve got ITIL certification, Agile experience, or a sixth sense for bugs that only appear on a Friday afternoon.
