What you’ll need:
- 1-3 years overall, with at least 1 year in app or technical support
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Solid database skills – SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB or similar
- Sharp problem-solving and analytical mindset
- Great communicator across technical and non-technical audiences
- Degree or diploma in IT or Computer Science
- Ready for 24/7 rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
Scripting skills, a programming language or two, and ITIL knowledge will make you stand out from the crowd.
