My client, a publicly traded Toronto-based digital MarTech agency is seeking to expand its growing team. About the Role

They are currently looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Manager (PPC Specialist) to join a high-performing team in Toronto. In this role, you will lead and optimize paid media campaigns, manage client relationships, and drive measurable results aligned with business goals. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end PPC and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) campaigns, including strategy development, execution, optimization, and reporting.
  • Analyze campaign performance and implement data-driven improvements to maximize ROI.
  • Conduct industry research and stay up to date on digital marketing trends and platform updates.
  • Evaluate client websites and recommend strategies to improve performance and conversion rates.
  • Develop and present clear, actionable insights and performance recommendations.
  • Build and execute scalable PPC strategies across multiple platforms.
  • Maintain strong client relationships across North America, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Mentor and support junior team members.
  • Oversee tracking, tagging, and pixel implementation across platforms.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across analytics and advertising tools (e.g., GA4, GTM, CRM systems).
  • Maintain quality assurance processes and campaign monitoring systems.
  • Document workflows and build scalable processes for campaign execution.

 

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in PPC or digital marketing & account management.
  • Post-secondary education in marketing, communications, IT, or a related field (preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Microsoft Ads.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
  • Proven track record of driving growth and optimizing campaign performance across the marketing funnel.
  • Excellent client management and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
