We are looking for a highly commercial and data-driven National Dealer Performance Manager to lead the performance and continuous improvement of our dealer network across New Zealand.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on sales analytics, influencing stakeholders, and driving measurable improvements across the sales funnel.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive dealer network performance, delivering sustainable sales growth
- Analyse sales data, pipeline, and funnel performance to identify opportunities for improvements
- Develop and implement sales strategies and performance initiatives
- Influence and partner with Dealer Principals and Sales Managers to improve outcomes
- Track KPIs and provide clear, actionable reporting and insights
- Lead continuous improvement across sales processes and customer journeys
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align commercial, sales, and operational objectives
Skills & Experience
- Experience in sales performance, dealer network management, or consultancy
- Strong data analysis skills and ability to translate insights into action
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive change
- Experience improving sales funnels, conversion rates, and customer journeys
- Advanced skills in Excel (data analysis, modelling) and PowerPoint (presentations and reporting)
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience using CRM systems and sales performance and reporting tools.
