You’re the person who notices the network blip before anyone else does. You’ve got tabs open on three servers, you know your way around a switch like it’s an old friend, and the words “after-hours standby” don’t send you into a spiral. If you thrive in a multi-tech environment supporting teams across the globe – and you can still explain what you did to someone who has never heard of Active Directory – this one’s for you.
What you’ll need
- 3-5 years in infrastructure support across Windows Desktop and Server environments
- Solid Microsoft 365 experience – Azure, Intune, Teams Rooms
- Networking know-how – switches, VoIP, LAN/WAN
- Cloud technologies experience
- Disaster recovery setup and configuration
- 1st and 2nd line support with SLA-driven ticketing discipline
- Comfortable liaising with IT suppliers and ISPs
- High attention to detail – you spot the typo in the config before it causes an outage
Nice to have
- CompTIA A+, Network+ or Security+ certification
- CCTV and access control configuration experience
