HRD Practitioner

Key Responsibilities:

* Partner with line management to identify and address training needs
* Coordinate and manage training interventions from start to finish
* Monitor internal and external training effectiveness and implement improvements
* Maintain accurate training records and ensure compliance with the Skills Development Act and related legislation
* Assist with compiling and managing the annual training budget
* Drive impactful organisational development initiatives
* Continuously improve learning methods and training outcomes

Requirements:

* Matric plus HR Diploma or Degree
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar HRD or training focused role
* Strong organisational and administration skills
* High attention to detail
* Energetic, proactive and solutions driven
* Strong customer service and stakeholder engagement skills
