Our client is a fast-growing UK digital marketplace (well established since 2008) that launched successfully in Australia 4 years ago and is now scaling rapidly across Tier 1 & Tier 2 brands nationally.

This is a genuine growth opportunity for a commercially sharp Business Development Manager who thrives on opening doors, building influence, and winning new business.
Reporting to the Head of Partnerships, you’ll drive partnerships across sectors including Food, Retail, Entertainment, Services, Fashion, Consumer Brands & more. This is a pure hunter role focused on outbound prospecting, pitching, influencing decision-makers, and closing strategic partnerships.
What You’ll Do
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
- Build relationships with Marketing & Revenue leaders
- Run commercial discovery conversations
- Close new partnerships and drive acquisition growth
- Achieve quarterly growth and partnership KPIs
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years B2B new business sales success
- 2+ years SaaS sales or digital marketplace experience (essential)
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Resilient, driven, KPI-focused mindset
- Experience selling into multi-site, franchise, retail, or consumer-facing businesses highly regarded

Package
- $130K-$140K + Super + Achievable Quarterly Bonus
