A leading creative and marketing agency is looking for an experienced Account Manager to join its growing team.

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Manage client accounts with a proactive and strategic approach
* Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent service delivery
* Understand client business objectives and provide strategic guidance where needed
* Develop and manage account plans aligned to client goals and agency objectives
* Coordinate and oversee campaign execution across internal teams including strategy, creative, development, and growth
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to scope
* Manage account budgets and support financial performance and profitability
* Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth account operations
* Monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activity relevant to client sectors
* Continuously improve processes and contribute to operational efficiency within the agency
Requirements:
* Proven experience in an Account Manager role within an advertising, creative, or marketing agency environment
* Strong understanding of client relationship management and campaign delivery
* Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
* Commercial awareness and experience managing budgets or account profitability
* Strategic thinking and problem-solving ability
* Confident working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
* Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
